Booking your stay

The prices for staying at our cottage are below. These are per stay and not per person.

Please also see our terms and conditions below prior to booking.

Booking

  • Our minimum stay is 3 nights

  • Our check in and out days are Monday and Friday.  We check in and out on these days if your stay is three or four days long. If you would like to stay for longer and would like to check out on a different day, please contact us to discuss.

Prices

  • We charge from £99 per night. Please see below.

  • We accept up to two dogs free of charge. Extra dogs are by agreement and an extra £25 per extra dog.

  • The security deposit is £100*

A 30% deposit is required to secure each booking and the remaining 70% is due 4 weeks before the booking date. 

* the security deposit is refundable and is usually returned 3-5 days after your booking provided there is no loss or damage and the cottage is not excessively dirty or messy requiring a lengthy clean afterwards.

Payment for the booking is usually by bank transfer.

Terms and conditions:

  • Check in is 14.00 pm

  • Check out is 10.30 am Please ensure you leave at or before this time to allow for our cleaners to prepare the property for the next guests.

  • If you are unsure how to use anything or there is a problem, you must contact us directly on the number given (this is in the info email sent prior to your arrival).

  • Please only use items in the cottage as they are intended to be used.

  • Please keep the cottage clean and tidy. There is a dustbin outside for any rubbish.

  • Please note that pets are not allowed on the seats or beds unless you have your own blankets and throws with you.

  • This is a is a no-smoking property.

  • Please do not make excessive noise that would disturb local residents.

  • We do not have an electric charging point for vehicles at the property and the electrics at the property must not be used for this purpose as they are not designed for this. There is an electric charging point nearby.

  • We do not allow the charging of or usage of electric for any vehicles including motorhomes or other such vehicles.

  • We also do not allow anyone to stay in a motorhome or such vehicle whilst on the property. The maximum occupancy for the entire property is 4 people.

  • The driveway is big enough for 2 normal sized vehicles, however it is a shared drive and the vehicles must stay on our side of the drive. No oversized vehicles can be permitted.

  • We ask for a £100 security deposit. This is for damage to the property or the cost of any extra cleaning required above the usual 2-3 hours. Should there be any damage to the property costing in excess of £100 to put right (ie back to the condition the property and its contents were in before your arrival), we reserve the right to request payment from you for any damage caused.

  • Anyone not adhering to the terms and conditions will be asked to vacate the property with immediate effect.

  • Cancellation

  • You can cancel the booking any time up to 4 weeks before your booking date with a full refund. Any cancellation less than 4 weeks before the booking date will forfeit the deposit amount. If you cancel one week or less before the booking date you will be refunded 50% of the cost of the booking and if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the booking there will be no refund. Cancellations must be made as soon as possible.

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure each booking and the remaining 70% is due 4 weeks before the booking date. If payment of the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without return of deposit.

  • Thank you
